In the case of lack of conformity, you may choose between a repair or a replacement of the product. If these remedies are impossible or disproportionate you are entitled to either require the Vendor to make an appropriate reduction in the price or to terminate the contract.

4. Payment

Payment of the price of the products and the costs of their shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods indicated on the payment page. Under no circumstances will you be charged more than the cost incurred by the Vendor relative to the payment method chosen by you.

5. Promotional codes

Promotional codes allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on animafine.com.

The promotional code box is displayed on the payment page at checkout: after you have added items to your Shopping Bag, enter your promo code and then press the “submit” button for the discount to be applied.

Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offers unless otherwise stated.

If for any reason you wish to return an item to which you applied the promotional code, you should follow the standard return procedure, as described in the Return Policy. Once your return has been accepted, the respective code can be used again if it hasn’t expired. The difference in price between the promotional code and the item you purchased will be reimbursed, according to the time frame of the applicable refund procedure.

7. Shipping, delivery insurance

You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.

Anima Fine gives you the chance to insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We provide a tracking code for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and by Anima fine and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

9. Return Policy

9.1
Items should be returned unused, and with all tags still attached.  Returns and Refunds without a cause are treated as follow:  Return shipping cost will be charged entirely to customer, the only cost of product will be refunded.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

9.3

In case of damaged products you’ll be invited to send us a pic of failures, Anima Fine is responsible for manufactoring defects and will start with you a process of  Exchange of the same product or products of your choice balancing any price differences with a personal and non tranferable Coupon code. Shipping costs will be charged to Anima Fine.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution
